GENERAL TERMS OF RENT
BOOKINGS
♦ Reservations are confirmed after receipt of the booking form with the required deposit (25% of the total amount), and after approval by Camping Lann-Brick.
Modes of payment : card or cash.
♦ The balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival and on the day before departure for rentals. It can be paid the day of arrival for pitches.
♦ A deposit will be requested before taking possession of the rental, and will be returned within 15 days after the departure control and inventory :
→ 345 € for mobile homes (300 € for equipment and 45 € for cleaning)
→ 245 € for tithomes (200 € for equipment and 45 € for cleaning)
♦ Following city council decision, tourist tax is at 0,55 € / adult / night.
♦ Rentals are taken from the 1st day 4 pm to the last day 10 am.
For pitches for caravans, camping car or tent, pitches are available from 2 pm and should be left at 12 pm.
♦ Bookings are strictly personal. The tenant or the camper is not allowed to rent to other persons, or assign his rights under this agreement without the consent of the campsite.
♦ Accommodations are rented for a specific number of persons with a vehicle: any changes must be reported to reception and must be approved by the manager of the campsite.
♦ The rentals and camping pitches are assigned by the campsite manager, and by no means the choice of pitch can provide justification for any reduction or refund of stay.
♦ Liability insurance mandatory.
CANCELLATION
♦ All cancellations must be notified by mail. The campsite will :
keep the deposit if the cancellation is over 30 days prior to arrival;
keep the entire amount of booking if cancellation is in the 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival
♦ No refunds are done if a stay is started late, or is interrupted. Similarly, in case of a delay, the booking may be cancelled on the day after the date of arrival at 2 pm, if the manager of the campsite has not been notified.
COVID19 AND HEALTH RESTRICTIONS
As part of COVID19 restrictions, there can be specific rules in the campsite.
♦ Hydroalcoholic gel is available in all these places : welcome desk, bar, games room, sanitary.
♦ The swimming pool and snack-bar openings are subject to government authorization.
♦ It may be other specific rules due to Covid19 context like the limitation of persons in the swimming pool for instance.
NOISE AND SILENCE
♦ Users of the campground are urged to avoid any noise or discussions that might disturb their neighbours.
♦ Sound devices must be adjusted accordingly. Car doors and trunks should be as unobtrusive as possible.
♦ Total silence must be respected between 11 pm and 7 am.
VISITORS
♦ After being authorised by the campsite manager, visitors may be allowed on the campground under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. The cars of visitors are allowed on the campsite.
ANIMALS
♦ Dogs and cats are allowed, provided they are not aggressive, not noisy, on a lead and with their vaccinations. The owner must provide evidence on arrival. The owner is responsible for the cleanliness and safety of their animal.
♦ No animal should be left alone at the campsite.
POOL
♦ For hygiene reasons, within the area of the pool - boxer shorts are prohibited and swimming trunks are required.
♦ Access to the pool is closed to visitors.
EXPULSION
♦ The campsite reserves the right to expel any violator to the internal rules.
